We're seeking a part-time Workplace Health Coach (24 hrs/week) to support a high-profile financial client onsite in Radnor, PA. As our Workplace Health Coach, you'll deliver individual and group coaching, promote engagement with our digital health platform, and foster a culture of wellbeing while using evidence-based strategies like motivational interviewing to support employees across diverse health goals.

This is an onsite position (Tues-Thurs) with up to 5% travel.

What Makes This Role Different

✓ Onsite impact Work directly with employees at client location in Radnor, PA, building personal connections and driving wellbeing culture

✓ Multi-modal coaching Deliver coaching through in-person sessions, video conferencing, and group programs tailored to workplace needs

✓ Platform expertise Serve as Personify Health platform expert, supporting enrollment and ongoing engagement with digital solutions and resources

✓ Program development Create and facilitate onsite and virtual health education programs including workshops, group coaching, and webinars

What You'll Actually Do

Deliver personalized coaching Conduct individual and group coaching sessions focused on health improvement and wellbeing across multiple modalities including in-person and video conferencing.

Apply behavior change strategies Utilize coaching strategies including motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry, and participant-led focus to drive positive health outcomes.

Connect to resources Direct employees to appropriate resources for health concerns outside scope of work while supporting wide variety of health goals and driving change.

Champion platform engagement Serve as Personify Health platform expert, supporting enrollment and ongoing engagement with solutions, resources, and partners as needed.

Facilitate education programs Create and lead onsite and virtual health education programs and events including workshops, group coaching, webinars, and other initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement Use metrics to assist in driving individual improvement while continuously working to enhance participant experience and streamline processes.

Demonstrate adaptability Maintain enthusiastic, positive attitude with solution-oriented approach while remaining resilient and adaptable in dynamic workplace environment.

Embrace feedback Stay open to feedback and ongoing improvement of coaching skills while supporting preventive care mindset with empathy, flexibility, and energy.

What You Bring to Our Mission

The educational foundation

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• NBHWC or ICF certification preferred within 2 years of hire

The coaching expertise

• 3-5 years experience in fields related to health coach role preferred, including behavioral health, general wellbeing, exercise training, nutrition coaching, nursing background
• 2-4 years experience with individual behavior change management, motivational interviewing, and health coaching preferred
• Experience conducting individual or group coaching sessions that create comfortable, confidential environment for participants preferred

• Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate resources, streamline processes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management; prioritizes effectively to meet deadlines and drive results
• Skilled at navigating matrixed environments and balancing needs of multiple stakeholders

• Communication mastery Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to build strong relationships across teams

• Technology proficiency Quick to learn new technologies with experience in electronic documentation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $30 to $35 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This is a part time position and is therefore not eligible for benefits.
