Job Description

Power Cross is seeking Spring Football Coaches to help lead, mentor, and develop young men through athletics, structure, and discipleship. This is a seasonal coaching role focused on consistency, leadership, and positive impact - not just running drills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist football practices and games during the spring season.
• Build strong relationships with athletes through consistent presence.
• Teach fundamentals, effort, discipline, and teamwork.
• Support a safe, structured, and positive team environment.
• Communicate and work alongside other coaches and directors.
• Serve as a positive role model on and off the field.

Schedule & Commitment:

• Spring season (practices and games during the week and weekends).
• Consistent availability expected for scheduled team activities.
• Paid seasonal stipend (details discussed during interview).

Qualifications:

• Football coaching or playing experience preferred.
• Reliable, consistent, and committed for the full season.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Heart for mentoring and working with young men.
• Must pass background check.
• Have a relationship with Jesus.
