Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer in the Zebulon area who is hiring a Blow Mold Technician to join their team. This is a day shift position working Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor blow molding equipment to ensure consistent and efficient production.
• Perform regular maintenance and adjustments on blow molding machinery to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring product quality.
• Conduct mold changeovers and set up equipment for various production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
• Document production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Train team members on blow mold operations and safety procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting blow molding equipment (e.g., extrusion or injection blow molding).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose equipment issues.
• Familiarity with mold setups, equipment calibration, and quality control standards.
• Effective troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly.
• Ability to lift heavy molds, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
