Develop and safeguard financial operations, including budgets, cash flow, investments, and internal controls
Oversee key functions like finance, accounting, facilities, security, IT, and administrative services
Prepare timely financial reports and insights for the CEO, Finance Committee, and Board
Ensure regulatory compliance and guide annual audit and insurance renewals
Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning, facilities management, and operational policies
Support cross-functional departments to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure, including physical and digital environments
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
5+ years of relevant leadership experience in finance, preferably within nonprofits
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial systems (e.g., Sage), and advanced Excel skills
Exceptional organizational, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
