Role Overview:
As a Collections Specialist Summer Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the collections team by helping to manage customer payments and ensure data accuracy. You'll also assist with report analysis and data updates using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers
Analyze data and refresh reporting in Microsoft Excel
Create and present ad-hoc analysis reports to management
Help resolve past due payments by escalating concerns to the appropriate team members
Support the manager with daily tasks, including report downloads, email follow-ups, and auditing Tableau
What We're Looking For:
Current college/university student majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
A positive, proactive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, temporary, remote position with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break. Flexibility is available based on team needs.
Compensation:
$20 per hour
The pay range reflects an expected range for this role. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographical location.
