We’re looking for a Content Creator who can plan, create, and publish compelling content across multiple digital platforms. This role will shape the voice and presence of our brand by delivering content that is both strategic and engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Development & Execution**

* Create written and visual content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website pages
* Draft captions, scripts, and copy tailored to various audiences and channels

**Campaign Support & Scheduling**

* Work with marketing leads to plan and execute content calendars
* Publish content across platforms and coordinate timing for launches and campaigns

**Research & Optimization**

* Stay informed on content trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
* Use analytics to assess content performance and refine strategy accordingly

**Brand Management**

* Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and identity
* Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all published materials

**Creativity & Innovation**

* Bring fresh ideas to content formats, messaging, and visual storytelling
* Transform complex or dry topics into engaging, digestible pieces

**Collaboration & Communication**

* Work closely with designers, video editors, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
* Contribute to team brainstorming and strategy discussions

**Ad Hoc & Special Projects**

* Support urgent or high-impact content needs (e.g. internal comms, one-off campaigns)
* Repurpose existing content into new formats for broader reach

**Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
* **2+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing**
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
* **Familiarity with content and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Notion, etc.)**
* Knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to apply them consistently
* Creative thinker who can work autonomously and meet deadlines
* Schedule: Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

**Working Hours:**

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time
