**The maximum bonus is $5,000. The bonus will be made in three payments as follows:** **- $1,250 following the completion of one month of active employment** **- $2,500 in the pay period following completion of four months of employment.** **- $1,250 following the completion of eight months of active employment** **Payment I - $1,250 following one month of continuous, active employment. Payment II - $2,500 following** **four months of continuous, active employment. You may have to employ weapons or force to maintain discipline and order.
