A client is looking for a Data Migration Specialist to help with a data migration/ conversion project for the records management system. These individuals will be responsible for all the data mapping and data conversion from their legacy system to their vendor's record management system. This person will be working with the company's platform. In addition, this person will be defining and documenting data sources, functionality and expected output. This person must have excellent verbal and written communication; as well as analytical/ troubleshooting skills.
Ability to take individual project reports and create/update this company's systems
-Host and lead meetings and document all agreements and tasks
-Organizes and publishes project related documentation in various sources.
-Expert in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook, with previous experience in schedule organization.
-Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
-Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
-Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.

Skills and Requirements
- 3 years of data migration experience analyzing large data sets.
- Strong analytical and systems design skills
- Skilled at organizing and distilling user research from a variety of sources.
- Understand data analysis activities for a complex, integrated set of package and custom applications.
