Responsibilities-

Create and process service requests received from the customer and technicians via incoming calls/emails/voicemails.

Data Entry in E-automate dispatch console

Verify status of all billable calls and check charge tickets to ensure accuracy.

Load service calls that are Ricoh Direct customers and close accordingly on Ricoh website.

Maintain technician call queues for appropriate call status.

Transfer live helpdesk calls for immediate assistance with appropriate call setup.

Assist in correcting technician(s) inventory.

Provide phone coverage for front desk.

Maintain Excel spreadsheet/calendar.

Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer requests and needs.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Work as a team to ensure all dispatch duties are completed by the end of day.
