Job Description
Essential Job Functions :
- Positions railcars
- Connects and operates auger system
- Hammers or vibrates rail car to loosen sugar from sides
- Loads, seals, jockeys, and parks trailers
- Filling out paperwork
- Cleans work areas
- Any other duties as requested directed or assigned by the manager/ supervisor
- Designated Safety Sensitive Position
- Transports truck trailers with product and materials using yard truck.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience (Licenses and Certifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Any specialized safety or other training required
- Yard Truck
Equipment to Be Used:
- Forklift, Yard Truck, Rail Car Mover
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in food production
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines
- Ability to understand and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form as they pertain to production
- Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
- Ability to master basic reading, writing, and mathematical abilities
Essential Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking, using tools and performing repetitive actions
- Must be able to lift 100lbs at a time
- Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines
- A separate, complete document of physical demands is attached

Working Hours:
- Standard working hours for 2nd shift are 3pm to 11pm Monday through Friday and as necessary to complete the requirements of the position.
- Overtime may be required, and hours are subject to change based on company needs
- Employees are required to clock in 10 minutes before the beginning of the shift
