Description We're looking for a candidate with intermediate to advanced Excel skills for a contract to hire AR/Billing Analyst position with a well-established company in Contra Costa County. Primary Responsibilities: + Handle billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness. + Manipulate large data sets in Microsoft Excel Assist with reporting and reconciliation + Collect, mine, monitor and review data + Process financial transactions - tracking time and expenses + Perform data entry, verification, and back-up; and maintain database + Other duties as assigned Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar + Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required + Accounts Payable or Receivable experience a huge plus + Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities + Research, quantitative, and analytical skills + Interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized + Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment + Experience working in Accounting ERP software experience (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP.)
