The EEO Officer has responsibility over all EEO nondiscrimination, accessibility, and equity-advancement policies. The position represents DCSS in highly visible and sensitive interactions with community and professional organizations, service and community leaders, state departments, and other stakeholders to address service disparities and impacts to the Child Support Program. The EEO Officer also oversees all EEO-related programs including the discrimination complaint process, sexual harassment prevention and training, annual workforce analysis, upward mobility, Limited Examination and Appointment Program, Disability Advisory Committee (DAC) oversight, and administration of the Reasonable Accommodation and Bilingual Services Programs. The position serves as a member of the department’s Executive Team.
