We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team in San Antonio. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for creating seamless and engaging event experiences. You will play a key role in managing event logistics, coordinating vendors, and supporting our event execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute in-person and hybrid events from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, AV, transportation, and accommodations
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Prepare detailed timelines, budgets, and event documentation
Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown
Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports for continuous improvement
Ensure all events align with company branding and quality standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
