Key Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant 1. Executive Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and respond on behalf of the executive when needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations. Track and submit expense reports and reimbursements. 2. Communication Management Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 3. Meeting & Event Coordination Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and offsite events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members as needed. 4.
