Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and culturally fluent Executive Producer to lead the development and execution of Spanish-language unscripted content tailored for the U.S. Hispanic market. This role will be responsible for driving the creative vision and overseeing all phases of production—from ideation to final delivery—ensuring projects are both culturally authentic and commercially successful. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with deep experience in U.S. Hispanic media, a sharp editorial eye, and a strong network within the community.

Job Duties:

  • Spearhead the development and production of original Spanish-language unscripted content targeting U.S. Hispanic audiences, including docuseries, reality, competition, lifestyle, and cultural formats.
  • Lead all phases of content creation, from concept development, talent casting, and scripting to production and post-production.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, legal, distribution, and executive leadership to align creative output with strategic goals.
  • Identify and secure on-screen and behind-the-scenes talent with strong appeal to diverse Hispanic audiences in the U.S.
  • Provide creative oversight on treatments, scripts, and cuts; ensure consistent storytelling that reflects the values and nuances of the U.S. Hispanic experience.
  • Manage budgets, production timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
  • Stay current with trends in the Hispanic media space, audience behavior, and competitor content to drive innovation and relevance.
  • Cultivate relationships with external production partners, talent agencies, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications



Basic Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in television production with a focus on Spanish-language unscripted programming.
  • Proven success as an Executive Producer, Showrunner, or Senior Producer on content specifically designed for U.S. Hispanic audiences.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to operate professionally in both languages.
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic media landscape, cultural diversity within the audience, and evolving content trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing production teams and external partners across multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of budget management, legal compliance, and production logistics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
