We are seeking a highly experienced and service-oriented Executive Travel Advisor to support the complex travel needs of senior-level corporate clients. This role focuses on providing white-glove, high-touch service that anticipates client preferences and exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate has a background in luxury or corporate travel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end itineraries with professionalism and precision.
This is a remote position with flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with high-profile business travelers across various industries.
Plan and book comprehensive travel itineraries for executive and VIP clients, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and additional concierge services.
Provide expert-level consultation on travel logistics, visa requirements, international protocols, and risk management.
Handle urgent changes, cancellations, or delays with speed and professionalism.
Ensure alignment with corporate travel policies while prioritizing traveler preferences and comfort.
Use GDS (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) and booking platforms to secure high-quality reservations at competitive rates.
Maintain detailed traveler profiles to personalize the service experience.
Proactively monitor itineraries for disruptions and communicate any updates clearly and promptly.
Prepare detailed travel documents, confirmations, and expense summaries.
Collaborate closely with executive assistants, corporate travel managers, and other key stakeholders.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury or executive travel services.
Advanced proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or similar).
Proven ability to manage high-pressure travel situations and solve complex issues quickly.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of international travel protocols, premium travel products, and supplier relationships.
Detail-oriented with a high standard of client service and follow-through.
High school diploma required; degree or certification in Travel, Hospitality, or Business preferred.
CTC or CTA certification is a plus.
