Affirmed Home Care, a premier concierge home care agency serving Westchester County, is actively seeking experienced and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, in-home care for clients in Ossining, NY and nearby communities . This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling, steady local cases, and competitive pay , making it ideal for HHAs who value consistency, support, and a short commute.
$21.00 per hour
Local Ossining-area cases — minimal travel time
Day shifts available (6–12 hours)
Flexible scheduling — per diem, part-time, and full-time options

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver personalized, client-centered care that promotes safety, dignity, and independence. This role is ideal for professional HHAs seeking meaningful work, reliable scheduling, and an agency that values caregiver well-being.
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Provide medication reminders as directed
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience
Authorization to work in the United States
Driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years
