Were looking for a team member who can help lead our legal strategy across corporate activities, spanning contractual execution, licensing and M&A while overseeing intellectual property strategy in partnership with dedicated IP counsel. Your responsibilities will be broad and previous experience in the healthcare sector (pharma licensing around engineered cell therapies and life sciences tools and diagnostics) is strongly recommended. You will be in charge of leading the internal and external legal teams at the company and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
