About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, confident, and motivated Junior Customer Service Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and is looking to build experience within the marketing and customer engagement industry. You will support our team by providing excellent customer service across various marketing campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner across events, residential campaigns, and B2B environments.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle enquiries, resolve minor issues, and ensure each customer has a positive experience.
  • Support senior team members with campaign activities and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campaign details to answer customer questions effectively.
  • Assist with data collection, customer feedback, and reporting.
  • Contribute to building a high-quality customer journey from first interaction to follow-up.
  • Represent the brand consistently and professionally at all times.
