We are seeking a highly creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand image and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative and engaging visual materials for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, and website graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and create designs that effectively communicate our brand message
- Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Use your creative skills to come up with fresh and innovative design concepts
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for sustainability and energy conservation is a plus
