The Opportunity:

Do you enjoy detail-oriented administrative work and want hands-on exposure to how contracts, documentation, and internal processes are managed? If so, you could be a great fit for the part-time Legal Intern role at Team Liquid.
This internship is designed as a learning-focused, supervised role, providing exposure to day-to-day legal operations while developing foundational skills in organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Los Angeles, CA or US Remote
What You’ll Be Doing (with guidance and support):
Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining contracts and legal documentation
Support the sending and tracking of forms via DocuSign
Help organize records and systems in accordance with internal processes
Assist in maintaining and updating legal templates and documentation libraries
Track contract dates and deadlines under supervision
Support communication with internal stakeholders regarding documentation status
Collaborate with team members across departments on administrative tasks
Assist in creating and updating process guides, templates, and internal documentation
Participate in additional learning-oriented projects as assigned

What You'll Need:
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree or certificate program in a related field

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in legal, administrative, or people operations work
Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Dropbox is a plus
Fluency in English
Ability to work part-time (20–30 hours per week) in a structured internship setting
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.50–$20.00. The final rate will be determined based on experience and work location, and this range reflects the applicable pay transparency requirements.
