We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced **Marketing Manager** to lead and execute comprehensive marketing efforts across T-Mate and our sister company's brands.
This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong aptitude for stepping back to see the bigger picture, integrating marketing strategies across company functions, and aligning them with overall business goals. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking marketer who can bridge creative execution with data-driven strategy and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and leadership.
This role is purely remote and involves working with 2 companies, spending at least 40 hours per week in total.
**Absolute Must-Haves:**
* 5–10 years of professional marketing manager experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and cross-departmental collaboration.
* Proven ability to connect marketing strategies with business outcomes and align them with company-wide initiatives.
* Direct hands-on experience with Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, VistaCreate, Mailchimp, and other similar creative and automation tools.
* Experience in web activation, including website management, content updates, and UI/UX improvement strategies.
* Comfortable working independently while maintaining close coordination with leadership teams.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Must be willing and available to work during business US Central Time Zone hours.
* Good English communication skills
* Has a computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor or Ryzen 5 with at least 8GB of RAM
* At least 100mbps of Fiber internet connection
* Has a dedicated workspace at home.
