What We’re Looking ForStrong experience with Neapolitan pizza (wood-fired ovens preferably)
Ability to stretch, top, and cook pizzas consistently during high volume
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliability and good communication
Ability to follow recipes, dough handling, and our prep system
Understanding of food safety and clean work habits
