Now Hiring: Project Manager III – Enterprise IT Operations (RFP Lead)
On-site: Jersey City, NJ (2 Montgomery Street)
Full-Time | 12–18 Month Engagement

The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive RFP to acquire a Managed Services Provider for Enterprise IT Operations .

The selected professional will play a critical role in shaping enterprise IT operations across multiple service towers and ensuring seamless integration with the agency's ServiceNow platform .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP development and execution for enterprise IT managed services
• Gather and document requirements across IT service towers, including:
• Service Desk
• End-User Computing
• Server & Storage
• Database Management
• CMDB
• Define SLAs, KPIs, escalation models, and service credit frameworks
• Establish on-site resource requirements and scalable staffing models
• Define ServiceNow integration, reporting, and optimization requirements
• Manage stakeholder interviews, workshops, reviews, and executive approvals
• Develop evaluation criteria, scoring models, and vendor selection processes
• Facilitate vendor Q&A sessions, evaluations, demos, and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Proven experience writing RFPs for IT managed services
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and managed services integrations
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working in enterprise-scale IT environments

⭐ Highly Desirable

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or similar)
• ITIL Certification
• Experience with enterprise IT outsourcing transitions
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
• Background in IT operations or infrastructure
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills
