Position Summary
As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will assist customers with login issues, billing questions, subscription modifications, and basic troubleshooting via live chat. The company provides scripted responses and workflows to ensure consistent, professional communication.

Technical & Skills Requirements
– Laptop or desktop computer with Chrome browser
– Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

Compensation & Scheduling
Starting pay: $25/hour
Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
Shifts are available 24/7 through a self-service scheduler. Minimum 15 hours per week.
Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour online training
– Practice with simulated chats
– First live shift monitored by QA
– Paid shifts start within 3–5 days
Sample Shift
Assist customers resetting passwords, applying discounts, and updating billing info—all via chat with scripted responses.
