**San Francisco, CA, USA** **Senior PR Manager, Ads** Location San Francisco, CA, USA Department Marketing & Communications Requisition ID JOBREQ-2515069 **Role description** **The opportunity** Unity's Global Communications team is looking for a Senior PR Manager, Ads to lead integrated communications for our Ads business. You'll shape how Unity shows up across media, social, and influencer channels-building strong relationships with key reporters, crafting compelling narratives, and driving awareness across the global advertising and tech landscape. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic storyteller who thrives at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and execution. **What you'll be doing** + Develop and execute global PR programs that elevate Unity's brand and Ads product story + Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers across ad tech, gaming, and business sectors + Craft compelling narratives that simplify complex technical topics for a broad audience. + Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to align messaging across PR, social, and influencer channels + Manage proactive and reactive media engagement to ensure timely and consistent communication. + Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to inform strategy and demonstrate impact **What we're looking for** + 10+ years of experience in media relations, preferably within ad tech, gaming, or technology sectors + Proven ability to pitch and secure impactful media coverage across global outlets + Strong understanding of the evolving media, influencer, and digital landscape + Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, able to craft engaging and on-brand content + Strategic thinker with experience leading integrated communications and PR campaigns + Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment **You might also have** + Experience leading or mentoring social and influencer programs to drive cohesive brand storytelling + Deep curiosity about the intersection of advertising, gaming, and emerging technology + A track record of creative partnership with influencers or creators to amplify brand visibility **Additional information** + Relocation support is not available for this position + Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position **Life at Unity** We offer a wide range of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance.
