Job Description

J.M. Kelly Creative Arts School is seeking energetic, creative, and passionate Enrichment Coaches to support academic and recreational activities during our 7-week Summer Bridge Program. Enrichment Coaches play a vital role in leading small groups, assisting with arts-based activities, and helping students strengthen academic skills in a fun, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate arts, literacy, STEM, and movement activities.
• Support academic interventions in reading and math.
• Assist with daily supervision and positive behavior reinforcement.
• Help students build confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with Academic Specialists and Site Leadership Team.
• Ensure a safe, encouraging environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children (camp, tutoring, teaching, coaching, afterschool programs).
• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to lead groups and maintain high energy throughout the day.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willing to obtain).
• Background check.

Compensation: $12.50–$14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
