Ideal candidates will be experienced in talent selection and recruiting team members. This role may include working both on the floor serving guests as well as off the floor.

Must have a desire to uphold restaurant policies and have the communications skills necessary to represent our team in the local community as an employer. Able and willing to manage and create systems in the restaurant and lead by example with safety rules & clean work areas.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the recruitment and hiring processes for all restaurant roles, ensuring that candidates align with Chick-fil-A’s values and culture.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to identify staffing needs, create recruitment strategies, and determine the best methods to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to ensure hiring decisions meet operational and cultural expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the restaurant’s leadership team to ensure that staffing levels are aligned with operational needs, and step in to help with operations when needed.
  • Have a passion for recruiting and hiring talent.
  • Are committed to delivering excellent service and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational needs and work closely with leadership to meet staffing goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven talent recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Are adaptable, open to learning, and willing to support various aspects of talent management within the restaurant.
  • Experience building teams
  • Success developing others
  • Personal values in alignment with Chick-fil-A's values
