Opportunities abound for Respiratory Therapists in Georgia, Lawrenceville, where your expertise will touch lives across diverse patient populations and you’ll grow within a nationally supported travel program. This role places you at the heart of patient care, empowering you to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based respiratory therapies in dynamic hospital settings. Georgia’s beauty is a constant backdrop to your daily work: from the rolling hills and mountain vistas of the Blue Ridge to the historic charm of Savannah, and the vibrant energy of Atlanta’s cultural districts. Whether you’re exploring tranquil parks with family after a shift or savoring southern cuisine in a bustling downtown, you’ll find a sense of belonging here while you advance your career. Start date: 01/12/2026. Assignment duration varies in weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,608 to $1,659. Hours are not guaranteed, and final compensation is confirmed during the hiring process.
Location Benefits:
Lawrenceville situates you in a thriving suburban community with easy access to metropolitan resources, top-tier medical facilities, and renowned educational institutions. Work-life balance is enhanced by well‑established neighborhoods, parks, and recreational options, making it easier to recharge between shifts. The Georgia location also provides an opportunity to participate in a nationwide travel program, offering rotations across multiple facilities and regions. This exposure expands your clinical experience while maintaining a stable support network. Beyond the professional sphere, the state’s charm—historic districts, pristine outdoor spaces, and genuine hospitality—creates an environment where you can thrive personally and professionally, with meaningful opportunities to explore during off days.

Manage ventilator support, airway care, aerosolized therapies, bronchodilators, humidification, chest physiotherapy, and noninvasive ventilation. Interpret diagnostics such as ABGs and waveform data, adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, and respond rapidly to respiratory emergencies. Provide patient and family education, participate in discharge planning, and uphold infection prevention and safety standards. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and protocol development to enhance patient outcomes.
- Growth and Advancement: This role offers robust opportunities to specialize within respiratory therapy, pursue certifications, and take on mentoring or leadership responsibilities as you grow. You’ll have access to continuing education, clinical ladders, and potential pathways toward coordination roles or program leadership within the travel network.
- Competitive Benefits: Earn a competitive weekly pay range of $1,608–$1,659, with the potential for a sign‑on or performance bonus as part of a comprehensive compensation package. Benefit from housing assistance to ease relocation, stipends or support for housing, and the option to extend contracts to suit your career trajectory and personal plans.
- Comprehensive Support: Benefit from 24/7 support from a dedicated travel team, including on‑site coordinators and remote assistance to troubleshoot clinical or logistical needs. We provide credentialing support, clinical orientation, and access to a broad network of facilities to ensure a smooth, secure travel experience.
- Extension Opportunities: If you enjoy a placement and facility fit, extension options are available, offering continuity, deeper relationships with colleagues, and ongoing professional development within the same or neighboring sites.
- Workplace Culture: Our company values empower staff by prioritizing career advancement, mentorship, and a supportive, collaborative work environment. You’ll join a team that respects your expertise, recognizes your contributions, and invests in your professional growth and well‑being.
