**Job Description**
I'm looking for a reliable and detailed - oriented Virtual Assistant to support me with online submissions, research, and document coordination tasks. You will be working with my document which I provide and related materials to handle structed online processes and keep progress organized.
**Responsibilities**
* Research and identify suitable opportunities on various platforms.
* Complete online forms and submissions accurately using provided documents
* Customize responses using templates when needed
* Maintain a simple tracking sheet of all submissions (platform, role date, status)
* Provide regular progress updates
* Assist with scheduling and follow-up communication as required.
**Requirements**
* Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative/data entry roles.
* Strong written English and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with online platforms and portals (e.g., LinkedIn, business sites, etc.).
* Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking.
* Ability to work independently while maintain confidentiality.
