We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Kansas City MO 64133 with $18/hr pay for a 4-month contract duration, temp only. In this role, you will play a vital part in the moving, arranging, lifting, and loading of storage boxes, bins, and totes. This position requires physical agility as you will frequently kneel, squat, reach, bend forward, and handle items ranging from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs. Shift Schedule: 8AM-6:00PM (5 days a week including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. OT and weekend shift depending on the workload)
Roles and Requirements:
Process orders and handle items such as files, books, binders, and backup tapes. The work is physically demanding, involving manual lifting, carrying, and moving of boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. You should be capable of independently lifting and carrying boxes ranging from 10-100 lbs regularly. Operating hand trucks and pallet jacks on varying surfaces is also a key aspect of the role.
