The Paris Café is returning to the Seaport. First opened in 1873, this historic New York landmark is being brought back to life with exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a beautifully restored dining room.
We’re hiring hosts who bring confidence, clarity, and a warm welcome to the front door. If you know how to manage flow, communicate under pressure, and create a polished first impression, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements :
• Must have 2 years of host or reservationist experience in NYC or European restaurants
• Experience managing OpenTable
• Professional presence, clear communication, and strong guest awareness
• Ability to manage pacing, walk-ins, and expectations during peak hours
• Dinner availability
Preferred Experience :
• Brunch service and large-party coordination
• French or Italian language skills
• Comfort working in a design-forward or high-profile environment
