**Position Summary...** About the Position... The Workplace Investigations team is looking for a Manager, Investigations part of the broader Global Governance organization within the Global Investigations division. This role conducts U.S. based Ethics investigations and serves as fact finders providing evidence-based reports to the ethics team, so they can make appropriate decisions regarding workplace allegations. **What you'll do...** **What you'll do...** + Lead independent, thorough, timely & cost-effective investigations in accordance with Global Investigations policies and processes, applicable laws, and Walmart's basic beliefs. + Lead investigations related to a broad range of matters related to allegations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflicts of interest, schemes related to fraud, and other violations to our code of ethics. + Manage a high volume of cases without sacrificing quality and thoroughness. + Deliver and comply with Global Investigations' writing guides and standards. + Conduct interviews, present findings, review and analyze data to identify potential risks. + Build relationships with the appropriate Investigation, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and other Business partners to identify trends and spot emerging risks. **What you'll bring...** + 2 years' investigative experience conducting harassment, discrimination or workplace violence investigations. + Wicklander - Zulawski & Associates Interview & Interrogation Certification. + Certified Fraud Investigator (CFI) Certification. + Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification. + Sr. Human Resources Professional (SPHR) Certification. _The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
