We are seeking a Remote Front Desk Coordinator to manage client communications via chat and email and ensure a seamless experience for everyone interacting with our services.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Remote Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll manage all communications via chat and email , schedule appointments, and support our counselling team to ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and welcoming. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in front desk, administrative support, customer service, or client-facing roles (healthcare or counselling experience preferred).
Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills — clear, professional, and empathetic for email and chat interactions.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using chat, email, scheduling systems, and CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and keep accurate records.
Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Confidentiality: Knowledge of client privacy practices and ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance preferred).
Professionalism: Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
