Job Title: Residential Service Plumber

In your role as a Service Plumber, you will complete the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures within residential settings while upholding the high integrity and customer service standards that keep over 70% of our customers coming back.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related service calls for single-family homes.
Diagnose system issues and clearly and confidently present multiple service and sales options to homeowners, leveraging your knowledge to sell the best solutions.
Repair pipes, tanks, and water fixtures as needed using advanced tools like Propress, Ridgid locators, cameras, and jetters.
Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and water heating systems.
Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and warehouse support teams.
Ensure truck inventory is fully stocked (take-home truck provided).
Complete paperwork accurately and promptly using an iPad for paperless invoicing.
Participate in monthly sales training and paid continued education + training for professional growth.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of Residential Service Plumbing Experience with single-family homes is required
Must possess high integrity and a strong work ethic.
A valid and current driver's license is required.
Ability to comfortably present options and sell solutions to homeowners is required
Passion for communicating with customers and resolving plumbing issues.
Competitive individual contributor with a team-oriented mindset.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
Physically capable of safely using hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
