Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety policies.
Implement and enforce safety protocols across operations including kiln, crusher, packing plant, and raw material handling areas.
Monitor use of PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, masks, goggles) and ensure compliance.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety induction, and periodic safety training for workers, contractors, and visitors.
Maintain records of safety drills, fire extinguisher checks, safety audits, and compliance documentation.
