What you´ll do

Schwarzkopf Professional is a global salon professional brand that’s been serving the hairdresser community for over 120 years. As one of the fastest growing brands in North America we’re looking to hire a motivated “go getter” to fill our open Trade Marketing Manager position. This person will report directly to the Director of Trade and Brand Marketing.

• Develop, execute, analyze, and refine the national, channel specific, and account specific promotional strategy
• Assist in leading the creative design of sales and marketing collateral
• Manage the creative brief and design of sales and marketing collateral with internal and external designers 
• Translate organizational goals and customer needs into support assets, merchandising and swag
• Manage national, channel specific, and account specific promotional strategy from order form creation to in-store/on-site execution 
• Continuously work with brand teams, sales, education, customer service, customers and external vendors to ensure proper promotional execution
• Establish and maintain internal promotion planning schedule, and serve as a central hub of communication for promotional status and tracking 
• Track and manage promotional components, and develop plan to ensure timely delivery of promotional goods • Be a power user of SAP and external inventory management systems 
• Use historical data to drive growth by developing and recommending strategies that maximize promotional effectiveness 
• Create and deliver accurate promotional analyses and data/insight driven recommendations to senior leadership to drive product growth

What makes you a good fit

• 5-7+ years of relevant Marketing experience (Consumer Goods, Professional Beauty, or Hair Industry experience is preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar
• MBA Preferred 
• SAP experience preferred 
• Detailed, organized, and can work within tight deadlines  
• Capacity for multi-tasking with ability to switch tasks and reprioritize 
• Advanced user of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Canva and AI platforms is a plus
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Entrepreneurially minded
• Ability to commute to our Culver City office at a minimum of two times per week

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
